I made a wonderful dish today that I wanted to share.
Buy a salmon fillet that is about 4 oz. You can find them at Jacks 99 cents store in the frozen isle if you are in NYC. Marinate it in honey barbecue sauce for at least 11 hours.
Add frozen corn, frozen stringbeans, fresh ginger. Microvave for 7 minutes. Add more fresh ginger and eat.
It is a sumptious meal that costs maybe $3.00 a serving.
