The Nightlife Awards was a fantastic evening of entertainment. No speeches, just great performances. My favorite performance of the night was by Tovah Feldshuh doing a funny comedy bit about a Jewish woman radio host with a yenta voice. It was so funny, tears were running down my face. I will post some photos of her later. All of the performances were wonderful but Mike Birbiglia and Tovah made my sides hurt from laughing so hard.
Christine Andreas "Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered" was one of the greatest singing performances of a lifetime. She is very talented and I am now a huge fan.
Christine Ebersole sang "Devil May Care" and it was breathtaking to hear her incredible voice.
It was a bewitching night.
