It pains me to have missed Barbara Cook's event at Barnes and Noble this past week.
Sadly, I had a stomach bug and was afraid to venture out for obvious reasons. This event was postponed from the summer and I am sad to have missed it as Barbara Cook is one of my favorite singers of all time. When she had her one woman show at Lincoln Center I went 8 times.
I love her and we do have something in common. We both adore Orchids. So send us both some.
