The National Yiddish Theatre/Folksbiene, just received a special Drama Desk Award for preserving 92 consecutive seasons of the cultural legacy of Yiddish speaking theater in America. Join us in honoring the esteemed Ambassador Arye Mekel, Consul General of the State of Israel in New York, who will soon be returing to Israel, as well as two great friends of the Yiddish theater, philanthropists Eta Wrobel and Jack Wimmer, both survivors of the Holocaust.
