Event: Broadway’s Rising Stars
Description: Do you like show tunes? Do you like success stories? Then you’re in for a treat!
New York City is the place where young actors come to study and train for a life in musical theatre, dreaming of seeing their name in lights and fulfilling their desire to perform on a Broadway stage. It’s only fitting then that The Town Hall, which has a reputation for protecting the legacy of Broadway’s past with its critically acclaimed series Broadway by the Year®, and the annual Broadway Cabaret Festival, offers future Broadway stars a chance to make their Town Hall debut. By spotlighting their gifts in a special concert, The Town Hall hopes to speed them on the way to their dreams.
Be a part of history on July 23rd when a group of talented young performers chosen for their voices, acting skills and ability to command the stage by a distinguished panel of judges perform in Broadway Rising Stars, a concert directed by the award-winning Joel Froomkin.
Some you may even know, as they come from university and performing arts schools across the City.
Ticket Price: $30 & 25
Producer: The Town Hall
