The BITCH OF AGING-SPELLING BEE!
Legally Blonde-
Frankenstein
I just wanted to post what an incredible performance I attended today. First of all, Jackie Hoffman and Mary Testa were hilarious. They are the greatest co hosts! They kept cracking me up. The best line came from Hoffman "If you wanted someone nice you would have hired Kristin Chenoweth" They were wonderful!
My favorite numbers:
1. The cast of Spelling Bee did a hilarious bit about Spring Awakening. You need to see this number! It was my favorite.
2. The cast of Frankenstein had a very funny number about not having an audience and Hunter Foster pulled out a poster at the end wondering when Roger Bart will leave Young Frankenstein. I did love this sketch. It should place in the top three!
3. Avenue Q, did a hilarious number making fun of tourists in Times Square. It was hysterical.
The best part of the show was the intro with the original cast of West Side Story.
The cast which included Chita Rivera got standing ovations everytime they took the stage.
It was a marvelous event. You can still buy tickets for the show tomorrow. It is a must see!!!
